Zaner Harden is an Exceptional firm. From 1st phone call seeking information to the finish of my case they were amazing. Always available if I had a question, always updated information almost in real time, and very sensitive of the human nature of our case . We never had a situation where we needed a lawyer like this in our family , Zander Harden walked us thru every step of the process and insured we were informed and comfortable of what was going on. All of Zander Harden were great but I will call out Britt Holtz who handled our case, nothing but white glove treatment. I would recommend The entire firm and Britt Holtz to anyone, you will not go wrong.

Unprofessional. Was in an accident at the end of April 2024 and was hoping to have Zaner Harden Law take my case, as they represented me in the past for a different auto accident. I called four times, giving all info and was told I'd get a call back and never did each time. Instead of someone calling and telling me they couldn't work with me and being straight up, I was ignored. Found a different law firm that was helpful. Disappointing.

I was so pleased working with Leah Garrett and Raven after such a terrible car accident. They were able to navigate all of the insurance and medical bills and negotiate a fair settlement for me. I was able to leave everything to them and they took care of it for me. I’d recommend their team to anyone!

Unsatisfied, they only want to take cases that make the news. They refuse to accept cases of racial discrimination and therefore, contribute to the discrimination.

I have never hired a lawyer before. I don't know how this works. I don't know how much time you're supposed to give them to respond to the information that you gave them. I called them and spoke to Veronica. I have never heard back from them and it has been long enough. I hate being in a situation where I need a lawyer and to make phone calls that I really don't want to make is stressful enough.
