I am not someone who does reviews a lot unless the service was really great or really bad. There is a saying that there are no good attorneys left in America, what’s my surprise I actually found an amazing attorney and firm. I was in a car accident that was not my fault, and had to enter the world of entrance claims and lawsuits. This is a terrible thing, because usually the person involved in the wreck, the least amount of concern attention, and compensation in the end, because the system is so corrupt. In today’s world, you cannot do this by yourself you need an attorney. I have heard horror stories where attorneys are threatening their own clients. If they don’t sign the paperwork, ignore phone calls, and generally feel they’re somehow superior over their own clients. This was not the case for me..Britt Holtz what is the attorney represented me he was not what I expected. It was actually a regular person who showed genuine concern and realistic expectations. Normally attorneys promise you the moon, millions of dollars and then demand that you settle for 2000 threatening you quit if you don’t accept their offer, this definitely was not the case. When we first met, we discussed what the case would potentially be worth and how it would end up. Honestly, he told me they can be a big range and ironically when the case was over it was within those numbers actually on the higher side.. he was amazing at returning phone calls, giving suggestions of doctors, and making sure that the bills from the insurance were actually paid. To my understanding this is very rare for an attorney to actually do what they’re supposed to do. You listen, return phone calls for questions that I had and gave suggestions along the way. When it came time. for the mediation we sat down before we told what to expect. Can you show me the data that shed? This is typically wear a case like yours would be out in this range, so there were no wild grains of giving me the world, and then telling me I need to settle over or less it was realistic, and to be honest based in reality. Once again, incredibly rare for attorneys. I would not recommend any other attorney, or a personal injury attorney in the entire state of Colorado. Honestly, there were no problems with the entire case they were unexpected. Britt Holt explained what was going to happen before I did what to expect, and what a realistic outcome would be. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the honesty and lack of mind games throughout the entire process with them. Once again, there is not a better personal injury, lawyer, in the state of Colorado and Britt A. Holtz.

My daughter was a passenger in a car accident and was injured pretty badly. Me and my wife asked a friend that worked accident claims for a major insurance company, “What is a law firm that you really hate to see coming?” She answered, ZanerHarden, so that’s who we chose. I can see why that was her answer because they were very thorough and got us the full policy limits from the insurance company and even though it was a horrible experience for us and especially our daughter to go through, she can go to school to be a veterinarian now, which is her dream and come out debt free. Thank you guys for working so hard for us.

I found them to be very helpful, kind, caring,and knowledgeable. If I were to ever find myself in another accident I would use them again. Very nice folks.

I cannot recommend this firm. They were nice to me but their total lack of communication, status of progress, and inability to negotiate my case successfully cost me thousands of dollars, and several months of time wasted. I was always contacting my lawyer and I was continually told they are "working on it" when clearly nothing was being done. I provided all paperwork requested and answered any questions they needed answered immediately, and yet it would take them WEEKS to even let me know they had what they asked for. I feel like I did the work on this case, gave it to them on a silver platter, and they dropped the ball over and over again. It was not until I reached the point of preparing to fire them that any interest whatsoever was given to a very simple case. My medical bills accumulated and went unpaid, my personal finances were destroyed, and in the end I barely was compensated for some medical bills. It will take my family years to recover financially and emotionally. When the meager funds did come through, the funds were sat on and would not be released to me in a timely manner. Their compensation was not restricted, only mine. I have been as professional as I could be with this firm, I cannot say any real compassion or professional courtesy was ever extended to me. I feel angry that I paid this lawyer anything at all for a job that was terribly executed.

Not a good experience.

This Firm is second to none. Sarah and Leah gave me 1st class treatment. They treat you like family more than clients. Already told very close friends about them (now represented by ZH) and will do so always. Hire them, you won't regret it.
