I met Kurt while I was still in the hospital after my car accident two and a half years ago. He was very knowledgeable and patient and my parents and I immediately felt at ease and trusted his every word. Kurt and his staff are simply the best. Kurt is smart, aggressive, compassionate, and relentless in fighting the other side. There were times I called frustrated or on the verge of tears and he listened with a caring ear and calmed me down. I knew he would do everything in his power to fight for me. The staff was just as impressive. They were kind and considerate and I always felt like I was their only client. They never rushed our meetings or phone calls. They spent time getting to know me...I wasn't just a number. They put me at ease in every aspect and stage of the case. I am so grateful for all that he and his team did for me. I had an accident and had injuries that put me out of my line of work, as a massage therapist. I lost all I had since I could not work in my trained field of fourteen years. I was rear ended in a car wreck in 2014, and hurt bad. my first lawyer wanted me to settle for a couple thousand dollars . I then when to a law firm that has big advertisement about helping people they would not take the case .I then found Zaner Harden they got 50 times as much for me thanks
