Kurt Zaner is amazing and I don't use that word lightly. After my car accident last year (was hit by a driver that missed a stop sign) I didn't think it would be a good idea to use an attorney to get my medical bills handled. I was wrong, I was referred to Kurt after searching through a sea of attorney that didn't seem affordable or would get good results. And after working with Kurt and his paralegal Marisol I couldn't be happier. They responsive the whole way and kept me in the loop with my case proceedings. And they fought for a good end result and settlement from the insurance company. Would recommend him and his office for any car accident matters!

When I got in my first accident in May of 2014, I had no idea where to turn or how to deal with the insurance companies. After my accident, I filed a claim with the offending persons insurance company and they paid the policy limits quickly. That person had only state minimum insurance coverage that was no where near enough to cover my injury. Thankfully, I had UM/UIM (uninsured/under insured motorist) coverage on my policy. When I contacted our insurance company, they were less than helpful and somewhat hostile to my claim. So I called Zaner Harden Law. Even though my wife and I are both insurance agents, we had never been on this side of a claim like this. I first hired Marc as my attorney for an auto liability lawsuit in May of 2012. At the time he was an associate at Bachus and Schanker. I was living in Fort Collins then and he drove all the way up from Denver to meet with me and go over all the initial paperwork. Marc is what I would describe as a legal OG. In January of 2014 I was involved in a car accident and I found myself needing the assistance of a lawyer. Zaner Harden Law office was highly recommended to me by someone I trust. Back in the spring I got into a pretty serious wreck on my motorcycle. A Kia took a left turn right in front of me and I didn't have a chance. Throughout the whole process they assured me that, while they were fighting for me to be properly compensated for my injuries, I needed only to concentrate on healing. Just to show the level of personal connection they had with me and my family, Zaner Harden Law expedited a portion of the settlement to me so that my wife and I had the money we needed for our wedding. Toward the end of the process, my insurance company offered only half of my policy's limits. Kurt personally contacted my insurance company and "gently" reminded them of my injuries and that Zaner Harden Law was more than willing to fight for policy limits in a courtroom. The next day my insurance company agreed to offer policy limits. Done. My bills are paid, my body is healing, I am not worried about having enough money to pay for anything that may be lingering from the accident AND I have a top shelf lawyer that I can call any time I may need help in the future.
