The Baumgartner firm listened and got results. They always returned my calls and messages. They had patience when I asked the same question multiple times, or I needed things explained again. I never felt a sense of rush to get off the phone like I have with court appointed counsel. I had given up on getting justice after I had my rights violated. The case had a lot of red tape, and I had zero dollars. Adam and Birk, thank you guys. They did the work and incurred the expenses till after settlement. You called it right on from the beginning and got results, I only had my story to bring to the table and you guys did the rest. Thank you....

I can't express enough how great Dan is! He advised me for my case to get ANY lawyer regardless if it was him or not. He worked both with my budget AND my schedule to make sure that everything regarding my case was STRESS-FREE. He worked hours to ensure that my case was never even taken to trial. The judge dismissed the case without pushing the matter any further because of Dan's AMAZING work. My girlfriend and I spent days filled with anxiety because we were so concerned that the government would find some way to screw us over but Dan managed to get our case dismissed without even having to go to trial.
