Called and really needed assistance. They seemed so excited to help me through this rough time. Only after I sent them emails and documentation for my case did I get ghosted. I tried to call and it seems the phone isn’t on. Doesn’t ring. No voicemail. Tried emailing to reach out to finally get a response back, stating they would call me the next day……. I have since have had Radio Silence from them. To go from feeling taken care of and seen to then be treated so badly really hurt and upset me.
