Grateful for the quick assistance and direction given to me when I called. Obviously juggling more than one call they took the time to speak very clearly and directly. Within minutes directing me to call a specific person to assist with my legal tenant issues. Thank you!

They were very quick to understand my situation, give me very concise instructions for homework to do on my own, do their research in a very timely manner, and reach back out with solutions, all within a few hours.
I was charged nothing for the consultation, and if it had gone to court, their prices seemed EXTREMELY reasonable!
I am keeping their contact information and will be using it again in the event that another issue comes up. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of help I received.

Amazingly, they were able to take on my case during a time where there's an overwhelming amount of Landlord/Tennant issues. My case was dismissed even before the Role Call was presented.

After calling several places for legal advice, connecting with CO Affordable Legal Services reminded me of what GREAT customer service is like. They took the time to listen, ask questions to gain a better understanding of the issue, and provided legal advice that was easy to understand and made clear what your options were. The advice was delivered efficiently, but with humor and heart. I would definitely call on them again.
