Wow! Out of all the help that I called around for weeks to find, this was the only advise that was sincere and made any since at all. Floyd first took the time to help me relax and focus, because I had just left court and thought I had no hope at all. He didn't rush me and he listened. He even let me call him back when I got my paperwork together that he asked me about . He actually found a mistake that I know is going to help me also knowing I have no money to pay a lawyer, he called me the next day with info on where to go get more help. No one took the time to care like he did and I thank God he was in my path during this time of chaos.

Colorado Affordable Legal Services is a awesome law company! When I first called I didn't get a answer had to leave a message; thought to myself I would never hear back from them. Floyd called me back within 20 minutes after leaving the message. The experience I had with CALS really warmed my heart. Not only were they super knowledgeable and helpful the customer service was great I learned a few different things just speaking with Floyd. The woman there was SO helpful. Affordable is an understatement. The information she gave me was FREE! She gave me step by step directions on what I needed to do. I had to write it down she was so detailed. She was so nice. Her demeanor was calm and relaxed, but not nonchalant. The business is unlike any other law firm I’ve ever dealt with because, I got a lot of great information about my legal issues and they knew right off hand what my issues were which, revealed to me their experience. Very knowledgeable about other resources that were very helpful and informed me of other ways I could receive help with my legal situation. Most of the time, some businesses especially, law firms are in the business to make money but, this firm seems to be in the business of genuinely helping and serving people who are less fortunate or indigent with either quality advocacy or mediation services through them or help with other great legal resources that could provide pro bono legal help. One thing is for sure, is that If, you call Colorado Affordable Legal Services LLC or speak with anyone there, it doesn’t matter to them whether you have money or not, they won’t let you walk away without knowing what your housing rights are, what your options are even, if you don’t have money.
