Spoke with Floyd and he was so helpful. I woke up down and upset about my situation but after speaking with Floyd and providing me with resources I felt much better. The energy of this company is amazing. You are definitely in good hands here.

If I could give this place a no star rating I would. The gentleman that answereed the phone was extremely rude and would not let me finish trying to explain my situation. If anyone has gone through an ilegal eviction they would sympathise and agree that it is stressful enough without having someone belittle you by saying you aren't using the correct verbiage. I called this place in hopes that I could get clarification on the "verbiage". Don't waste your time, they were as clueless about my rights as I was. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

During a very stressful situation, April was able to provide me with the knowledge, tools and confidence to take on my case and put my worrisome mind at ease. Throughout the entire process I was treated with respect and courtesy, both professionally and individually. I was given a play-by-play rundown of options and "worst case scenarios" to paint a clearer picture of what I was up against and what my next moves could/should be. I just got a quick consultation and I'm already ready to work with this team. I felt like my situation mattered immediately and like I was going to get the best from them. I was a little uneasy calling for help not knowing if it was going to be expensive or if I was going to be heard but after talking with them I am at ease. Update: Meh.
