Worst service imaginable.

We were in a bad situation with a landlord who wasn’t doing as he was supposed to and we needed to move ASAP due to hazards. Went in and met with April Jones and discussed everything, she was thorough and told the good and bad along with setting forth a plan to move forward. Left there feeling like we were prepared and confident we could proceed further with our rights as tenants.

April L. Jones and the team are helpful in advising and guidance in the process of dealing with wrong doing.

I spoke with Floyd several times concerning my unfortunate slumlord problems. He gave me a brief but detailed walk through on how my current situation is not uncommon, and options on dealing with the problem. I get the feeling they're swamped as my case would be the easiest win in history and i had my retainer ready to go. Yet i got advised on ways i could handle this situation on my own, and a follow-up email with visual aids. I'm hopeful this issue will be successfully resolved without litigation, but if not Colorado affordable legal services are the people who'll get my call!!!

Called and spoke with Floyd regarding a landlord not fixing a raw sewage flood issue at our house. He was extremely helpful. Assured me was going down the right path with some new statues in the CO landlord/tennant law. Definitely hiring if I get any pushback from landlord on rent reduction. Very appreciative.
