I am having problems getting people to call me back or help us! The one time I did it was not a very pleasant conversation and it has nothing to do with the topic more like the demeanor the staff has! I am also experiencing difficulties getting someone to fill out paperwork correctly! I have had our financial statement for court done incorrectly 3 times so far ours is a custody case and we need help. I would get everything in writing first and how l wish i would have seen these reviews before . I am hoping this turns around for me and husband. I will come back at the end of my experience with more feedback.

Very helpful very kind and didnt cost me a dime

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I called to get some answers about my situation and whoever the man is that answered the phone was incredibly rude. He had a very bad attitude. Cut me off multiple times. Kept repeating himself thinking he was saying what was relevant, didn’t answer the questions that I was asking and just overall unpleasant. Very disappointed that I sled just seeking some answers and instead I’m treated like with disrespect

I am very pleased with the professional courtesy, empathetic concern, and consistent follow-up, Mr. Jones provided during my devastating ordeal. He is loaded with knowledge and referral assistance. He prepares you individually to be confident and knowledgeable in your fight/struggle. He is extremely diligent in follow-up, consistent referrals to the appropriate persons, and educational material and aids to equip you with an understanding. There is no “wrong or inconvenient time “ to call him, and he always responds promptly. Another important aspect is that his Faith drives his dedication as a servant to the needs of others. I admit that he is a talker. but the conversation is about empowering oneself via knowledge of the Law, Resources, and detailed guidance. I would recommend him to anyone, you won’t regret your choice or decision, and he was the only Law Firm recommended by The State of Colorado Housing Authority Division.

Colorado Affordable Legal and April Jones are a great resources and I would advise contacting them for any disputes with landlords. They have advised and helped on various tenant cases and have been super responsive and supportive through circumstances happening to renters in our neighborhood. We continue to share the advice and resources they provide to us to protect renters and will continue to refer to them!
