Very helpful!

I called and spoke to an assistant. After I let this person know what my concern was, he then began to ask me a few questions about my legal issue. He was slow, measured, and clear as he spoke. I was so stressed from my situation that I didn't realize how agitated I had become. His slower pace helped me calm down. He made clear the limits of the info he can provide, but he helped summarize the process of eviction and what to expect. This was the extent of my interaction, and it is what I based my rating on. I have no complaints or concerns, so I felt the full 5 stars was appropriate to rate my experience

Their tenant rights provided clear information on my issue with a breach of the Warranty of Habitability Act of Colorado, asking questions to help me determine my next steps.

April Jones is great and very fair with her services. She does not beat around the bush and she really fights for her clients.

As a Landlord, I was looking for an attorney to help me with the eviction process. Although this company generally represents tenants, not landlords, the gentleman on the phone took the time to steer me in the right direction to find the help I need, which I really appreciated.

I highly recommend this organization for people in the Denver area. I am in the process of dealing with a local tenant/landlord legal issue and all of their staff have already been so helpful and informative.
