Needing some help with wrong landlord practices. Called their helpline number and was able to talk about my issue and potential options to move forward. The gentleman over the phone was very helpful and provided clear and concise information as to what I could do in my situation, and perhaps how to speak to a lawyer in case of needing to. Thank you!

I cannot remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, but he was great. He listened to the dispute I am having with my landlord and gave me great advice as far as my rights and suggestions as to how to resolve the matter peacefully and legally. At no charge. If I do need to hire an attorney in the near future (good possibility that I may need to) I will come straight to these guys!

Even though I am not in their covered area, they were more than happy to help and assist. Extremely professional, thorough, and clear.
