I called today about an issue where I was concerned that my privacy was being violated by my landlord. I was given more support and assistance over the phone than I’ve been given in person at other attorneys offices! I left the conversation feeling like my personal well-being was truly cared for and I would highly recommend utilizing this firm for your legal needs!

Currently going through an extremely stressful break up with my ex- girlfriend. I needed advice on matters pertaining to my lease. I called 5 different offices. All of which couldn't help or hear me out. A few just wouldn't do it without any compensation. I talked to a man who helped me with everything THAT HE COULD. It was extremely evident that he could only say so much legally. I run a business and quite often people will leave bad reviews just because they can. This is truly a 5 star team. They are happy to help with WHAT THEY CAN. There is no law firm that will blindly answer all the question you ask. BUT they guide you in the right direction. If i do end up needing their services, I will 100% be giving them a callback! Thank you for all of your help during an extremely stressful time for me!

I called Colorado Affordable Legal Services earlier today in regard to a landlord tenant matter. The first thing that impressed me was how quickly I was able to speak with someone about my concerns. The other thing that impressed me was how knowledgeable and well versed the firm is with respect to landlord tenant laws. I've been a Realtor for 22 years, and I can attest to the fact that these guys know their stuff. As a result, I gave them the maximum of 5 stars; however, I would have given them 10 stars if I was able to.

Just called the lady that answered was so rude and disrespectful kept shutting me down didn’t let me say what I needed and didn’t get me to the actual help I needed

I contacted this law firm to get some advice on what I should do in regards to issues with my old landlord. They help me out tremendously. Before the call I was overwhelmed, stressed and completely frustrated with my situation. By the end of the call Mr. Floyd had me smiling with a plan. Thank you so much for the help.
