We have been having issues a tenant for over 3 months-being harassed by another tenant, smoked out of our apartment by them at least 3 times a week, scared in the middle of the night by their activities and the landlord dragged their feet, offered no consolation and while we are forced to live in fear and secondhand smoke in which the lease signed clearly stated no smoking. We complained for months with no avail. I called this law firm they updated me immediately with things we can do exactly how word complaints, our rights as tenants, and they even went beyond that and discovered some real answers for us to solve our problems. We did not need to go to court but in the event that this problem comes back we will call them right away! They were more helpful than several other lawyers we tried to work with who just treated us as another number. Highly recommend!

I am having (had) a nightmare dealing with my property management company, Four Star Denver (stay away!). I called and spoke with Floyd who was extremely helpful. He listened tentatively to my circumstances, provided me with insightful information and resources, and outlined what their firm can do for me should my problems continue. Floyd didn't try to "sell" me but instead expressed genuine concern and interest in the situation. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you're rent a property in Denver and are experiencing difficulties with your landlord or property management group.

Not affordable at all. First time I called their receptionist told me they cant help and reffered me to the law that could. Upon rwview I found where they should and are able to. Then he says well it's $300/hr for consultations. Hardly affordable at all

I called this office as a landlord for advice on a timeline with eviction of a tenant. He told me “shame on you” TWICE in a 2 minute phone call. I wanted to hire an attorney for legal advice but I WILL NOT be using this office. They were unprofessional and very condescending.

Very very rude and unprofessional. I would not even give a 1 star. This laidy called me back and right off the bat sounded quite snooty. All i was looking for was a little advice on the laws, As far as our right as tenants that lived in our last place for 7 yrs. and was asked to move sense our private landlord was liquidating his property. We moved that was not an issue. I explained what had happened in the move out walk through that was not with the landlord, as I'm interrupted by her "so what is it your... never mind continue" so i finished what i was saying in a very snide and condescending voice I get- "Well I can't give you legal advice!!" I asked if she was an attorney ? comes back with "ya. But I'm not your attorney." I dont even know if I need an attorney yet or not.... I was just look for some info on my rights and laws. not just from a web page that is a general base. I wouldn

April and Floyd were great! I had a 1 hour consultation with April. She gave me direction and laid out my case for me. In the end I had the tools I needed to be successful with my case. Thanks guys!!
