I should’ve written this review a while ago. My experience was vastly different than some of the most recent reviews on here. Carrie Vonachen was my attorney for my divorce last year. Divorce is a terrifying situation to go through, especially when there’s a child involved. When I was starting the process, I followed the “rule of 3” and contacted multiple other law offices to get hourly rates and to hear their method of approach with my situation. All of them were either overpriced or made me feel like I was wasting their time. I called this law office and Carrie picked up. She was willing to answer my questions even though our call went on past 5:30 PM. She honestly surprised me when she asked me if I wanted to be able to go sporting events, concerts, graduation ceremonies for my son without fighting and hostility occurring between my ex-wife and I. My answer was an obvious “YES!”. She got my attention that way. Throughout the whole divorce experience, she told me the truth, not just what I wanted to hear. There were times when I was honestly very defensive and aggressive about my side of the story. She was composed, sincere and professional the whole time and was able to help me calm down and become the same way. As a father, I was scared of losing custody of my son. The whole law office was supportive, very responsive and gave me the confidence that I chose the right team to represent me in court. I would recommend them to anyone! My divorce was finalized in December of 2019 and Carrie was exactly right! My ex-wife and I are civil, I have 50% custody of my son like I wanted and my son doesn’t seem to notice a difference anymore. His performance at school has improved and he is loved at both homes.

Over promised. Severely underdelivered. They did a far better at over-selling me on their services than they did actually providing said services. When my court date came around, the attorney I was appointed did absolutely nothing in preparation to get a good result. I’d rather lick doorknobs in Wuhan than hire them again. So if you’re looking for a solid attorney that actually cares about your case... keep scrolling google, cause these guys ain’t it.
