Rodger Daley was so helpful in a case that I reached to him on for my son last month. I had spoken with several attorneys who had stated each that there really was nothing that could be done. My son was sentenced to 10 days in Douglas County jail for speeding 25 miles over the speed limit. He just graduated from college and landed his first job and was only on the job for one week when he went to court for his speeding incident and was immediately taken to jail. We were shocked and I need him out asap to protect his new job. Rodger called me back after an inquiry online I had made the very next morning. He and his associates had a solution within minutes. We filed a motion to reconsider not sure it was going to work, but very hopeful. Well it worked!!!! My son only had to stay in jail for 3 days thanks to Rodger and his associates and them thinking outside the box. They were familiar with the magistrate who sentenced my son and he happens to do this frequently:( The fees were very reasonable and worth every cent. The entire staff was so kind and so helpful as they kept me informed of everything though out the whole process. I cannot thank this law firm enough!!!!!! I will definitely use them for any future family law needs and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
