Rathod Mohamedbhai is a solid team of lawyers, led by incredibly intelligent and passionate people. I have known their attorneys for years and not only do they excel in legal work, they support the community by supporting non-profit organizations for children and victims! They have experience handling complex litigation and are compassionate - even when in their legal analysis, they cannot pursue a case. A few reviews are on here about that, and as a fellow attorney, I want to point out that legal advice is not always the answer people may want to hear - but better to be given honestly by ethical lawyers than working with an attorney who will take advantage of you and offer you hopes that aren't reality. I was in a very high conflict divorce, and I had two subpar attorneys that I had to fire because of poor performance and non-responsiveness before I hired Phil. After I hired Phil, it was a night and day experience. Phil and Aleksandra, his paralegal, put me at ease, kept me informed in each stage of the divorce process, and made sure my questions were answered through the complicated, high conflict divorce process. Phil was very, very organized, strategic, and well prepared for mediation and permanent hearing. He spent a considerable amount of time helping me prepare for the permanent hearing. He fought for everything I asked for. During the permanent hearing, I felt like I was watching Perry Mason. Phil commanded the court room and was well respected by the judge. He was so good with his presentations and line of questioning that I won on 95% of what I asked for with financial/property and parenting time. I am truly grateful for Phil and Aleksandra, and I will never forget what they did for me and my daughter.
