Absolutely rude , unprofessional young man who does the reception of new clients . If you want to be mansplained , talked down to , and treated like garbage , by all means , call this firm .

It is easily noticeable how worn out and jaded the employees are in the court room. Repetitive charges keep coming out only to find different bodies and names. Lucky for me, Tim Galluzzi was anything but perfunctory. Aside from a consummate performance that led to the minimal sentencing (judge granted everything that we asked for and even waived some fees), Tim was so relatable, understanding, and kind in the process. He never judged me for my retarded behavior that led me to this point. He gathered a comprehensive history and came out with the best game plan he could. I honestly do not know how I could have been more satisfied. Oh, did I mention he did all this in the process of having his first son?

Phil was outstanding to work with. His advise was extremely valuable and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate engaging Phil again. A true gentleman to work with. I highly recommend him.

If you ever have the misfortunate of being pulled over by an over zealous officer that forces you to deal with the stress of the Colorado legal system there is no better firm than Galluzzi and Howard to deal with your issue. Throughout the entire process, Tim and his associates advocated for me and my rights. My case was taken all the way to trial where Tim argued an impeccable case to the Judge and jury. He made it absolutely clear I was completely innocent. It took the Jury 10 MINUTES to decide in my favor. I would recommend Galuzzi and Howard LLC to anyone dealing with any legal issues in the Denver area.

Completely dismissive on the intake form and completely disingenuous about the entire conversation especially given the fact the Department of Education attorney's have for years found merit with my lengthy and substantial claim. They refused to offer good reason as to why they could not take the case and simply referred me to the Colorado Civil Rights division which they should have known quite well did not have jurisdiction as it had been over 60 days. Currently filing BAR complaint on their practices now.

My son was charged with a minor criminal offense. Kevin took care of everything and negotiated a much better deal than we could have. Once my son completes a few minor conditions the case will be dismissed and the record sealed. Even though this was a minor matter, Kevin handled it himself and always treated us like important clients. I highly recommend him.

From the first call and meeting after that, Tim was very thorough and helpful. I’m more than grateful to have had him and his team on my side, advising me and more than anything taking on the hassle of dealing with the insurance companies. Although I did not have to worry about the insurance agents, I always felt “in the loop”, Tim and his team always kept me informed. They were very patient and explained everything to me as many times as I needed to. They were so good, that I almost feel like it was easy, all I had to worry about was getting myself “fixed” and feeling better from the injuries. They made the process very smooth for me, used the money from the policies to pay my medical bills and promptly sent me the remainder balance.
