I was in a bind I had never experienced in my entire life. Working stressful hours and balancing family and work life was bad enough. Tim came into the picture and was recommended by a friend. I have never been treated so well by someone dealing with a problem that wasn’t theirs. Tim made it extremely easy to get in contact with as I had a lot of questions regarding my life changing experience. I highly recommend using this firm to anyone. I hope to never have to go through something like this again, but if it happens again I know who to use.

I retained Tim Galluzzi after I was falsely accused of DWAI, a crime that could have at a minimum had dramatic and life changing finacial repercussions. Start to finish Mr. Galluzzi earned my confidence with his legal expertise and focus on my case. While many attorneys would have been happy to take my retainer and take the first plea offered Tim took the time scrutinize and investigate the incident & meticulously analyze of all the facts. With his keen attention to detail through the discovery phase Mr. Galluzzi discovered several inconsistencies between the police report and what was on the body cam footage that clearly made it obvious that I was innocent. Mr Galluzzi presentation in court was brilliant from his opening statement to the way he cross examined the police to his closing statement which could have been pulled straight out of a John Grisham novel. If you are looking for a brilliant and relentless defense, you have found the right attorney.

I am writing this review because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I had a fraud case involving the purchase of my home. I chose Kevin Cheney to handle my case. Kevin was an "extra mile" type of attorney. He drove all the way from Denver to my home in Greeley, to view my situation first hand. He was exceptional at taking in all the information I provided him with, remembering even the smallest of details of that information, and then articulating that information accurately and effectively. He's smart, quick on his feet, and a great communicator. He really worked the case hard, did not allow things to "drag" out, and gave us his full attention and time...you've got to appreciate that. If you want someone smart, who will fight hard for you in order to bring about the best possible outcome, Kevin is definitely your man. Judy

Tim Galluzzi is the man. I trust him with any legal matter I may have. He helped me look into hospital bills that I wasn't sure was legal when I happened to have a bad night and woke up in the hospital. Then I ran into legal trouble and Mr. Galluzzi gave me the legal advice I needed to head in the right direction. I wish I could do 10 stars instead of 5. Mr. Galluzzi's help with my case has given me and my daughter the biggest piece of mind we could ever ask for. My case involved a Protection Order. A Protection Order can sometimes become Permanent or not. I truly needed mine to become Permanent but that is not guaranteed. Thanks to Mr. Galluzzi and his extensive knowledge in this field, my Protection Order was granted Permanent. I truly urge anyone dealing with Domestic Abuse or similar situations to get in touch wit this firm. You will truly be in the best hands possible to win your case.

After contacting some other attorneys I was beginning to feel hopeless with my case. They were either asking for to much money, or were afraid to take my case etc. I contacted Tim and he gave me a fair rate, and was eager to work with me. After the in person consultation I was very excited to work with him also. He made me feel much more confident going into the hearing, and more comfortable with everything going on. Never did I feel like I was working with someone looking for a payday, instead I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me. Kept me up to date with rescheduling issues, and all of the information he could. Once we had the hearing, the judge no joke even took time to compliment Tim, and praise him for his professionalism on handling the last minute rescheduling issues etc that were coming our way, as well as his knowledge of how to handle all of this. After everything was said and done, he was able to work with the DA to offer me a plea deal that was by far the best possible outcome for my case.
