Jennifer Donaldson handled my case with professionalism and confidence. She asked the easy, personal questions as well as the difficult, personal questions. We were prepared well for all phases of the case. She had our best interests at heart, dealt with difficult issues straight on and also was quite caring and genuine. When needed, she brought in others to assist, she was always willing to listen, keep us on task or even change the direction of something if that was called for.
