I got in my first terrible accident and this law firm was the first I've ever had to call. Let me just say they understood the assignment. They fought day and night. They kept me updated on everything. Won me some $$ to. Mr. Tracy knows what he's doing.

I contacted Mcdivitt law firm in November of 2021 about an accident I had at work, and Workers Comp was denying me any medical help. I did all the things you are supposed to do, report it quickly, get to the proper medical facility and follow up with any appointments. At this point I only wanted to get some treatment for my shoulder, most likely physical therapy and get back to work. the accident was in August of 2021 and Workers comp and my employer was denying me any more care than just the evaluation. I spoke to the Mcdivitt team and they immediately took my case on a contingency basis, sent over the contracts and all seemed good. The Mcdivitt team received all the documents from myself, the insurance team and the two Independent medical examiners. Open and shut case.... I did everything correctly with documentation.180 days later and I have a virtual court date with a judge (I wont say his name but he was very old) and he completely forgets to tape the first two hours of the case. At noon he advised us that he had a prior engagement and we would have to schedule the back half of this case for a future date. My lawyer laid out a very good case along with witness testimonies and doctor reports but now we have to stop and come back? A month later we show back up for the second half and I can see in my lawyers eyes that he has forgot many of the details and is trying to put it back together. Testimony was being given by the doctor for the insurance company and a phone rang loudly, instantly the judge turns his back and answers his cell phone. The Judge’s phone is on speaker and all involved get the pleasure of hearing the cancer test results of his stool sample. Then the judge turns to us and continues as if we didn't see or hear what just happened. This review is not to blame or single out any judges, this review is express my disappointment in the manor my case was handled. No decision was made that afternoon so briefs had to be written and turned in, another month goes bye. Friday of the 4th of July weekend 2022 I receive a message that afternoon informing me that the judge ruled against us and he is shocked as much as me and to call him after the holiday weekend so we can close the case. Then a text saying the same and that there is no chance of appeal because it was a case of "credibility" I am upset, couldn't work for six months, a useless rt shoulder, in debt and this was the first lawyer I have ever had, it was not worth a lot of money but for me it meant everything. I feel as though my case was given up on and and left up to a judge that was part time (self admitted) and distracted. My lawyer should have seen it and made adjustments,

Had a case going for almost 18 months and the lawyer we were using either quit, left or got fired then all of our evidence was lost and the case was dropped leaving me responsible for all of the medical debt occurred in that time frame. Beyond disgusted with this law firm. Would not recommend to anyone.
