Seemed like a good law firm off start, but the more time that pasted the more I didn't think so. Towards the end of the case there were multiple things that they didn't consider into the value of my case. If I never went and talked to a different lawyer I would of never known either. I'm sure this won't be with everyone.

Had an awesome experience using McDivitt to represent my case. I will say that patience is key! I was told the amount I would receive once the case was settled and how long it would take to settle, well it ended up taking longer than expected but I ended up getting more than what was promised. So “Job Well Done” is all I can say!

I have to say our Case Manager was amazing she was fantastic and always answered our calls and got back to us as soon as possible. Our attorney on the other was not so on top of it as we feel she should of been. My husband was treat horribly on several different occasions. I was also treated like a kid and did not really appreciate it.

Impressive!
That pretty much wraps it up from the minute I made the call until the minute I got my check they took good care of me they were thoughtful and careful with every step that they made they made my stress minimum when in fact I was already worried about my injuries they made me feel much faster with less stress comes faster healing and that makes all the difference.
