They genuinely showed a desire to help me. There was even a time where I was the one that was being extremely unresponsive and not communicating with them and they still continued to work my case and get the best results for me as their client.

Joel was an amazing lawyer and his team did an awesome job helping come to a settlement with my claim. Long protracted process. The attorney I was placed in touch with seemed to be only interested in the case if it's easy and straightforward and more money for them, I.e police report and offender admitted guilt already. I was passed around at least 3 paralegals with poor follow-up and follow-through. They kept having employee turn-overs in-house. I was transferred from one attorney to another too. There was poor stewardship towards 'the money' they said they'll help you receive, that is they spend so much of your money on paper work, administrative stuff etc. If it was their money, I wondered if they would treat that resource that way? One of the attorneys signed a bad deal on my behalf to get money to cover healthcare expenses with interest rate that's so ungoldly. An attorney should look out for their client, and not lead them to ruin. It makes one feel like some attorney shouldn't be in practice. My major positive experience is with their director of injury- Amy Christensen and that's because she's the balm there. They make you 'feel like you matter' until you sign their contract and give them a positive 6 months review. Once you hit 6 months mark with them, your case or you no longer matter. That was my experience.
