This is actually the second time that I have consulted with Matt regarding a legal issue. Last year I hired him to manage a real estate transaction dispute which was ultimately resolved and met my best case scenario in terms of results. More recently, I consulted with Matt regarding a landlord-tenant dispute. He did a fantastic job at assessing our situation, providing us with all of the potential courses of action and related financial implications, and asks all of the questions that I hadn't thought of. His expertise and preparation is unparalleled with any other professional I've ever worked with. In both occasions, after working with Matt, I have felt very confident that I have the correct information, understand my rights, and my potential options for litigation. Getting all of the facts and taking the emotional / moral arguments out of the disputes has been absolutely key, and Matt is great at drilling down and getting me focused on the details and reality of the case / situation, and providing me with a plan to move forward that meets my goals -- which are to resolve disputes as fairly as possible and prevent or limit my financial damages. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is seeking counsel. He is efficient, focused and intelligent.

Mr. Casebolt simply answered one of my questions on here, but he did such a great job. Offered advice and was very straightforward. He didn't beat around the bush and helped me figure out my best options. Also, he didn't try to promote anything like a lot of people do. He also responded quickly and asked me questions that helped him understand my problem more throughly. This guy is GREAT!

I had an excellent experience with Matt and was glad to have found him. I'm the COO of a small company located far from Colorado trying to collect a debt from a company with a Colorado office. I contacted Matthew Casebolt today concerning an issue that I am having with an appliance repair company. My first experience with an attorney. I asked my business associates and friends if anyone could recommend a competent and trustworthy attorney. Even those that had used an attorney would not make a recommendation based on the requirements "competent and trustworthy" so I was a bit afraid knowing I had to find someone on my own. Matt. I found Matt to be both and a lot more. He made the process quite painless and I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend Matt.

Matt came into my case helping with a very hard situation. My husband had passed away unexpectedly, and without a will. I had hired an estate lawyer to help me with the estate matters, and a situation with my husbands former girlfriend. Mr Littlepage brought Matt aboard to help with litigation over the property that the former girlfriend was supposed to have sighed off on over a decade ago. YES it took a long time, almost year, BUT not at the fault of my attornies, but the unwillingness and stubbornness of the ex girlfriend. Matt handled a will / trust for me. It was a bad situation...complicated with alot of negative emotions and hurt. He understood that and proceeded with facts and truth. I'd recommend Matt any day of the week.

It is not often that you come across an attorney, or anyone for that matter, who is willing to help you purely for the sake of being able to help you out.
