I used this firm to obtain an Italian passport. From the start, their work has been superb. They explained the options clearly and informed me that this is a long process. At every step they were on top of my case. I finally received an appointment at the consulate in Philadelphia, but COVID intervened. Still, while I was not permitted to keep my in-person appointment, the consulate would accept my documents by mail. The firm had gathered them in a thick binder and arranged them chronologically, just as the consulate requested. Ten months later I was informed that my application for citizenship had been approved.
