My experience with this firm was absolutely wonderful. I was incredibly distressed, but with their help I felt very supported and more comfortable enter the court room. Shannon Polley was who helped me in the court room and I cannot thank her and the whole team enough for the help provided. She made sure to speak with me before entering the court room and was able to brief me on what was likely going to happen, which was very accurate to what transpired. She and the firm were also very respectful of my identity as a transgender client and I felt nothing but respect from them throughout the whole experience. Small edit/addition: I wasn't sure how to phrase it or include it before, but I was seriously moved by Shannon's concern with my ability to get home safely after the trial. This company cares for their clients and it shows! I don't think I can ever forget her.

They do horrible job they don’t fight for you at all they are also rude

I had the chance to work with Chloe and Mark, and they were fantastic individuals! They were very professional and provided me with the support and guidance I needed to resolve my case. My lawyer that was assigned to me, more than anything, just treated me as if I were a burden. I expected some aspects and situations would have been handled more respectively, yet sadly that was not the case. I would highly recommend finding any other law firm

Hiring an attorney for my husband's criminal case is one of the most important decisions I've made in my lifetime. Looking back on the past year and a half, I can undoubtedly say that hiring CLDG and Tanner Spracklen was the best decision I could have made, for so many reasons. -Verdict: First and foremost, after an arduous experience and 2-day jury trial, my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all charges. This was the correct verdict, as my husband was falsely accused (case of mistaken identity) and then steamrolled by the police and prosecution. Tanner showed all of this clearly and succinctly to the jury, who then turned over a not guilty verdict in less than 1.5 hours. Our lives and our future depended on this verdict, and Tanner delivered it beautifully. -Strategy: Tanner had the right strategy from motions hearings to trial. He knows the law, and knows how to use it to your case's advantage. He knows how to litigate motions correctly, researching and citing historical case law as proof of his arguments. The judge was actually impressed many times with his preparation and passion (while chiding the prosecution as 'unprofessional' - it was great!) -'Bedside Manner': Tanner is a very busy man, but was accessable to our many questions and made sure to meet with us in person on many occasions - before and after court and in between, as needed. We always felt in-the-know, and prepared. As the wife, I always felt looped in and like I was part of the strategy. Of course, I was all over the evidence of the case, and Tanner was even happy to take my suggestions and field my questions. My husband and I both had his cell phone number and he always got back to us. At trial, Tanner included our friends and family in the discussions - and we got so many comments from all of them about how amazingly sharp our lawyers were. -Value: We paid a flat rate for pre-trial work, and then another flat rate when it was decided we went to trial. This was convenient and we never paid another fee for any extras. CLDG has an awesome investigator we were able to use at no extra cost, who even uncovered police misconduct in our case that we were able to use at trial. We were also given an additional lawyer at trial, Mark Savoy - who was OUTSTANDING as well. (Seriously appreciate you, Mark!) - Passion: There is no question that Tanner Spracklen is wildly passionate about defense law, and about acheiving the best outcome for his clients, factually guilty or innocent. In our case, due to the severe misconduct of the police and prosecution, he was INVESTED. It was clear Tanner is one to put in long nights and weekends when it's game time. As the wife who was also INVESTED in every minute detail of the case, by the end I truly felt that I could just leave it in Tanner's hands. And I could - he had it taken care of. Going through this scenario is not one I would ever want to do again. However, if I did, I would put my fate in Tanner and CLDG's hands again in a heartbeat. I know they would deliver the same outcome - NOT GUILTY!

Alan Davis did a fantastic job handling my case. He was easy to contact for updates and it was quickly dismissed. I'd certainly recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.

To add to that, paralegal and admin Diana Barrera is an irreplaceable member of the team that aids behind the scenes in so many ways unknown to the outside world. In short, this is a team that works hard and in sync with each other to produce the best results for their clients

Terrible ethics They got my charges dropped in a case that they knew they would win after the first few months. They made the case take 2.5 years by coming up with every excuse in the book so they could charge me 40k for a case that should've been done in 3 months. Thanks for helping get the charges dropped but why make it take so long. If you are guilty of a crime,sure, hire this group. If you are not guilty, I highly suggest going to a better more ethical attorney.
