I had previously worked with another law firm after a premises accident resulted in multiple injuries and two different surgeries. What I learned from the experience is that it’s IMPERATIVE you do your due diligence and work with a firm that has a proven track record in personal injury representation. After my first law firm lost their personal injury attorneys, Fuicelli & Lee came on board two years post-accident to represent me with only a few months before scheduled mediation. During this time, Fuicelli & Lee had a very short time frame to secure expert witnesses, do case management clean up and get my case back on track. I can’t say enough good things about Krislene Lorenz and Lori Tolle. Krislene poured over documents and had a better understanding of my case in one month than the prior firm did in two years. Lori’s negotiating skills helped secure a sizable settlement that provides financial security for myself and my family. I wish I could put into words the profound gratitude I have towards Krislene and Lori for all the hard work, dedication and integrity they demonstrated throughout my case. I know I came in a little suspicious after a difficult transition from my first law firm but Krislene never treated me with anything other than respect and patience. They are honest, ethical, and extremely hardworking. I can’t recommend them enough! With that being said, I would tell anyone to learn from my mistake. I am so grateful Fuicelli & Lee were able to step up and assist me in the way they did. I should have never engaged a firm to begin with that didn't specialize in personal injury exclusively. My husband & I were involved in an auto accident back in October 2023. We were rear-ended in our work vehicle, where we sustained minor injuries requiring chiropractic treatment. Additionally, because there was damage to our truck, we were unable to work for around a month. Krislene and Molly both were amazing!!! They were prompt in there responses, friendly & ultimately got the job done!! Because of their hard work, we ended up with all of our medical bills paid, as well as our loss of time from being unable to work. My car was rear ended in February 2020. I started treatments with a chiropractor who I had seen previously. He recommended John Lee at Fuicelli & Lee, but I did not feel that I needed a lawyer. Though, several weeks later, when the insurance company for the party who caused the accident said they would close my claim because I had taken a pause from treatment due to the acceleration of the Covid pandemic, I changed my mind. I’m so glad I did! My main concern was that I could continue with treatments, so I could recover from my injuries. After I called, John and his staff immediately jumped into action. Not only was I able to continue with various treatments, and ultimately get better, but they also got me not one, but two settlements, which I wasn’t expecting—one settlement from the other party’s insurance company, and the second settlement from my insurance company. Both settlements were much higher than the insurance companies initially offered. I would highly recommend John Lee and his staff!
