Having been in a previous car accident made making a case to the insurance company at fault a daunting path. In September of 2022. My husband and I was involved in a 3 car MVA on the highway coming from Cripple Creek. We were the 1st vehicle to be hit. We did not realize what was going on until we hit the highway pavent on the passenger side and rolled our truck.
