Ariel is hands down, AMAZING! When I had issues with my employer, I was a little nervous to speak to an attorney and pay a fee just to be told I didn't have a case. However, that didn't happen at all. Ariel really took her time to explain to me why I had a case, but not the strongest. How the jury will see my claims and the best next steps. She was so responsive to my emails and even followed-up with me to see how things were going. I decided not to file a formal complaint with a government agency, but I'm so glad that I know if things get worst, I add more documentation and I have a stronger case (based on things Ariel told me to look for) - Ariel will have my back. I could not have asked for a better, more honest lawyer. She is truly a great lawyer and person. I highly recommend.

I called about 2-3 times different times during the weekdays, no one ever called me back, so I called someone else and they took me in as a client, kinda sad though you guys couldn’t at least call me back. Oh well.

Ariel took my case after my prior attorney was appointed as a judge and closed her practice. She was very personable and professional, and did a wonderful job collaborating to build and execute a strategy that balanced resources, strain, and final outcome. I felt heard and validated and, with her expertise, was ultimately able to secure a settlement from a large, corporate former employer. Will Viner and his staff were a huge asset during my SSDI process. Due to COVID and the ensuing backlog, my case took two and a half years to resolve. Will had patience for all of my questions and supported his answers with data on the delays. Will was always courteous and explained all the steps and why SSDI wanted each piece of information. He prepared me for my hearing well and I felt confident throughout the process. Very highly recommend Will. He made a hard, confusing process much easier.
