Even though they were unable to take my case, the attorney called me back personally to discuss after his assistant took notes the day before and answered a couple of questions re filling out paperwork myself. Ben represented me in an important employment case. Throughout the case I always told Ben that exposing this employer was most important. We did collect for monetary damages, but Ben’s legal advice ultimately protected the employer. I question if he was actually working with the opposing attorney to protect the employer while he collected money from representing me. He repeatedly lied to me about the case and it often took weeks to receive a response from him or his team. I held up to my end of our agreement but Ben did not honor his obligations to me.
