As I'm reading all these great experiences and great out comes of their case and trying to figure out what happened with mine that i was told that it wouldn't be beneficial to the firm to continue with my case I acquired Sawaya Law firm after feeling like i wasn't a priority to another firm. I had Kristina Vasold and i don't how my decision came back unfavorable i had med 9's that stated that it was impossible for me to return to the work force and other documentation from several specialist and how i am currently in physical therapy and will continue to be in physical therapy for various reasons and when i was denied the first time and was ordered to return to the work force i had a heart attack that same year and yet i tried to work till i was unable to due to the pain which there was evidence of & the fact that i stay heavily medicated after being diagnosed with fibromalgia & chronic pain syndrome,anxiety& panic attacks & mental health issues, Severe Carpal tunnel syndrome,sciatic back pain, Neuropathic pain & and still they found that i can work 4-6 hours a day with restrictions and they even had pulled up jobs that i am eligible for,not knowing if i had any kind of experience or not. As i read the decision (exhibit 8F/4)States mental status examination have confirmed a euthymic mood, a restricted affect,a cooperative attitude,a clean appearance,appropriate dress, normal speech and psychomotor activity, fair eye contact and no suicidal idealization so does that mean I'm not i pain so i hope and pray that Kristina did her best in handling my case...the reason for 3 star rating

They are simply the very best you are going to find. Katie McClure is as top notch of a lawyer as they come. When you have this firm working on your behalf, it’s like having hired guns working for you. I am thankful to them for fighting & winning & doing an amazing job for me & my family. Sawaya is work-comps nightmare ! If you hire them to fight for you, you are definitely hiring the very best. I have heard some horror stories from others who hired different law firms. Aurora Perez, SSDI, and Hiley Wood, my representative, were exceptionally helpful in my difficult SSDI case. I have a complicated case of chronic pain. Aurora Perez was very helpful, caring, and informative. These ladies were professional and understood my needs. Hiley Wood was 'Dynamite'. She was able to get my onset date back dated to a reasonable date. She knew exactly what the courts were looking for. She provided me information which helped tremendously in court. I had almost lost hope but I was reminded that good things to those who wait. When I was told that we accomplished our goals in court I was overwhelmed with emotion.
