Zach Elsner and Stacey Klein were my team. Great job!

This firm was recommended by my employer who had already vetted them so I felt comfortable in using this firm Overall, they did what I expected from a law firm -- advocate for me as needed, gather evidence, build a case, take their fair share, and handle surprises and cruddy stuff without involving me if I didn't need to know. Zach E. and his paralegal(s) did a great job with my case. I wish there had been better communication when my case had to move towards a trial (and therefore it was passed between hands) and some things did not get passed to him. But things were quickly fixed on his end. The communication from the Firm was pretty good -- responsive, thorough, and honest. I appreciate Zach's honesty in telling me that though we could go to trial and win a large judgment, if the defendant can't pay, then it probably won't be collectable, and it would just be an expensive moral victory. I think Zach did a good job negotiating with all the insurance companies and providers who wanted a piece of the small pie offered by the defendant's insurance. And even though we have completed the case, Zach is still helping me and looking into some new bills I have received from a few places that had told us my balance with them had previously been 0.00. I also appreciate Mr. Sawaya holding onto his pledge that they would adjust their fees if necessary so that I could have more reasonable compensation.

Zach and Stacey worked on my case. They did n amazing job. They got me more than what I expected in a great amount of time. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process.

Rob and Todd made a very difficult time in my life much more pleasant. I will always have a special place in my heart for the folks at Sawaya Law Firm.

The receptionist is nice but the firm is a bit on the delays I had an appointment for friday but they cancelled it and wanted to push it back. Thats really not good when a person is taking time off to go talk to them.

Do not us this Law firm or any other law firm that claims to have your best interest's and concerns at heart! What they have at heart is how much money they can and will make from your case, and the line they use that states no case is to big or to small is hog wash. After wasting two hour of our time at there firm this morning to be told because of preexisting injury's and something about not knowing what are case was worth,which we had never asked that question in the first place, Michael Sawaya denied our case only after being miss lead from the intake person about how she thought we had a case. Should of know this firm was questionable when they didn't even have our appointment rite this morning, says a lot for communication from with in there firm. So unless you have a lot of time to waste, would not recommend.

Alicia & Clay has been excellent . Alicia and Clay took over my case and has been consistent on my case!! They called me and checked on me and made sure I was okay and that I was comfortable with everything they was doing on my case. Thank you so much Sawaya for all your help :)
