They act very professional and have a nice building and appearance. Did an intake on me. I provided the requested information on an accident. The case was dropped because the female attorney assigned to my case couldn't do her job, (in my opinion). The negligence on my case was (in their opinion) due to factious facts, such as; "I did not have a witness" and I "wasn't doing my job". A violent foreigner and contracted business was pre approved over my injuries to this law firm's convenience.

I have to recommend Marianella Medelius and the Wilhite Law Firm for any personal injury case! In early 2023, I was in a bad car accident. I was sitting at a stop light, and then suddenly rear-ended by another car travelling downhill at over 40 mph. Due to the impact, I sustained multiple back and neck injuries, a shoulder injury, and a concussion. It's the worst car accident I've ever been in. It completely totaled my car which I was using for work at the time. My body was in the worst condition it's ever been in. It was clear I would need ongoing medical attention for the first time in my life. I really didn't know what to do or where to start. After talking with some family and friends, it was recommended to look into some representation. I chose Wilhite Law Firm based on their many established years in law, and their great reputation. Marianella was assigned to my case, and I'm so happy she was. I had no experience with this kind of thing, and she guided me every step of the way. She was always very professional and courteous, answered all of my many questions and concerns, and fought hard to get me the best treatment and outcome in my case. All things considered, I don't think there could have been a better outcome for me. I was able to get top-notch medical treatment and care, and win against 3 insurance companies in just over a year. I'm naturally a skeptical person, and as such had many moments of doubt, but Marianella was patient and gently guided me all the way across the finish line. I know this is a lot to read, but there was so much to say. I cannot thank her and the team at Wilhite enough, including Brenna and Hannah who helped immensely in support of my case. They were kind and professional and quick to answer questions, or get anything done that was needed. If you have a personal injury, and you want the best representation, look no further.
