Joanna and Alex have been such a great help. I never felt like I was imposing on them. I would get answers to questions by the next business day. I felt comfortable with my choice of lawyer for my accident because Joanna knew her stuff. She has had my back with battling insurance companies. When I had an unexpected medical diagnosis pop up she was very supportive and told me the questions to ask the doctor with my follow up. She wanted me to get better. While lawyers have the reputation of being “sharks”, I felt like I had a friend looking at my best interests and routes to take to get my case taken care of with ease.
