The Sawaya Law Firm has been the best decision I have ever made in my life. My lawyers Robert Wilhite and Sandra Hagen are THE top notch lawyers to have standing by your side. I have always had my questions answered and if I didn't understand something Robert would always make sure that I had a clear understanding. I have emailed Robert on a Friday, not expecting to receive an email back until Monday, but to my surprise he has contacted me on a Sunday. Wow! Now that is service! I have received the best medical care, by the best Doctor's and have had world class service, all due to Robert Wilhite and Sandra Hagen. I have never felt like a number, I have always felt that Robert is looking out for me personally. Sawaya Law Firm Review My case involved an assault, theft, and destruction of personal property outside of a garage that I was moving out of. A friend of the rental property owner took it upon himself to enter the locked garage and steal several thousand dollars worth of tools and recreational equipment. When I approached the owner, the friend shoved seal and struck me while yelling obscenities. The owner and I talked and she said she would take care of it. 10 days later I was attacked, beaten unconscious by the ex-marine while the owner went through my things stealing everything she considered of value and breaking/discarding what she didn't want. The Denver DA's Office prosecuted the man that attacked me but never served the owner. The DA's Office was only interested in getting the Felony Assault. The Jury found him guilty and he was sentenced to 7 years with 3 years probation. The DA's Office failed to file for restitution in a timely manner so I was never compensated for any of my loses. I first went to Rocky Mountain Victim Law whee Kazi Houston put a great deal of time into compiling a list with valuation to the owners Insurance company, Chubb insurance offered an insulting $1k from the $18k value of the loss of tools, art, recreational equipment, etc. The trip alone to the ER was over $8k. RMVL can't represent me in court as they are a Non-Profit but Kazi did line me up with Zach Elsner of the Sawaya Law Firm. Zach and the Team (Stacy and Ethan) worked diligently for me in a battle that took over a year. Two weeks before trial. Chubb Insurance came back with an offer 2 1/2 times what I would have settled for with RMVL. I recommend Zach, Stacy, and Ethan and would use them again. This place is a joke , I had a almost 2 years on going case and I never met my lawyer in charge of my case. He hurried my to sign paperwork without explaining anything to me. Lied about everything. If it’s not a case worth thousands of dollars, they don’t care about you , your situation or your family.

Avoid this law firm at all costs. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. My spouse and I were hit by a distracted driver in January of 2017. The driver did not have proof of insurance nor a license at the scene. Because of the good marketing strategy Sawaya has we felt confident to proceed with that firm as our representation. We each had separate claims to pursue. During my process the legal aid appointed had turned over multiple times and the communication was poor. My outcome 1 year later was incredibly disappointing. My spouse however was more injured than myself and knew that it would still take some time to resolve his claim. 27 months later, multiple different aids/attorneys, very poor communication and last a very disappointing outcome. Sawaya and State Farm won. Sawaya meaning them not us. In such a rapidly growing city where the accident rate is climbing faster than millenials are 14ers. Drivers BEWARE when choosing Sawaya.
