Only see stuff in their prospective. Act like if they are able to do something so should everybody else. Waste of time. Heard one other couple talking about how they don’t care about the clients only the $$.

I had a great experience with Sawaya Law. I was hit by someone who ran a red light. My car was totaled and my injuries were really affecting my life. I was sitting on my couch with nerve pain shooting down my spine. I saw the commercial on tv and reluctantly called. I didn't know where else to go. I ended up working with Morgan, Nicole and Amy and am so glad I made the call. They walked me though the process and helped me gain back what was lost due to an accident that was 0% my fault. I am grateful for this team of professionals.

I had an incredible experience working with The Sawaya Law Firm. Everything was very easy for me to understand because of the explanations provided by Zach and Stacey. The only issue I had was before my case was assigned to Zach and Stacey, I did a lot of waiting around not being sure of what was happening. However, in the end, I was very happy with everything everyone did for me here.

I honestly didn't feel like the representative, Lucy (I believe), I was talking to, was listening. I asked her a specific questions and told her my schedule and she would just say "like I said" and then go on with what she was talking about. I didn't appreciate the customer service. I was looking for help but kind of discouraged to go to this Law Firm.

I was looking for an attorney because I got hurt on the job several times and my employer keeps putting me back at this one spot but after I was reading the reviews of the one or two stars I made up my mind this will not be the company that I will be going to.
I also saw that you guys responded to the five stars only. It’ll make it more helpful if you guys responded to the 4 or 3 or 2 or the one starts but you don’t. Maybe I’ll get a response from you guys.

Fueron muy amables la señorita Marianella y sus asistentes Deborah y Ami. Estoy muy satisfecho con la atención que me dieron. Siempre fueron muy atentos a todas mis preguntas y inquietudes. Siempre me manteniéndomelo al tanto sobre los avances de mi caso. Me demostraron ser muy profesionales en su trabajo. Definitivamente recomiendo The Sawaya Law Firm.
