I was T boned by an under-insured driver. After depleting my bank from out of pocket medical expenses and still dealing with a serious neck injury and totaled car, Jonathan was not only able to provide me with legitimate Doctors and Physical Therapy, by all my expenses were reimbursed back to me. The firm did their due diligence to not only have the at fault insurance company reimburse me, but also negotiate with my insurance to be sure I was taken care of properly. I would refer this firm to any and all of my acquaintances that are ever faced with the same situation as I was faced with. Everyone in the office was always very prompt, courteous and helped eased a very stressful situation.

I was rear ended in 2015, and needed physical therapy after the accident. A different law firm was representing me at that time. They didn't get the settlement that they were looking for, and ended up dropping the case. I was stuck with the bills for the repairs and treatment. I was horrified. The whole experience was a nightmare. Luckily, a friend referred me to the Paul Wilkinson Law Firm, and they ended up taking on my case. Jon Stine at the Paul Wilkinson law firm is truly one of the best in this business. Unfortunately, anytime someone needs him and his services, they normally are not in a good place physically, mentally or emotionally. Jon is able to make a bad situation into as smooth of a process as it can be when it comes to car accidents. I am very pleased with the performance, support, professionalism, and determination of Jonathan Stine. I am even more satisfied with how our auto accident claims were resolved by the Wilkinson Law Firm. Jonathan Stine hands down is excellent at what he does. In 2013, my children and I were rear-ended on our way to my son's Championship football game. Although it seemed straight forward, it was not, ours was very complicated. My first impression of this Firm “Oh my, finally someone is going to help!” I did not know what to do for the three of us. The pragmatic and straight forward approach that Jonathan took made me feel extremely comfortable to work with him. They gave me peace of mind. They immediately secured a third party for the medical bills. I could barely move and my kids were in severe pain requiring them to be on a concussion protocol with their schools, and physical therapy for several weeks. The emotional portion for my children was tough. My injuries included a torn disc in C5-C6. After months of injections and other treatments, neck surgery was the last option. About 10 months later I had discectomy/fusion surgery. It was about 1 ½ years after the accident, we began the settlement process. Jonathan was very thorough with my medical history and knew more about my medical report than one would want an outsider to know, but he handled it with dignity and with the utmost professionalism. The initial settlement was insulting. Jonathan believed in all three of our cases (as I stated, our case was complicated) and pushed forward. The other driver’s insurance company hired a pretty aggressive law firm to represent them but did not deter Jonathan. I went through a full day videotaped deposition, with their three attorneys, and was questioned on each child and then myself. With Jonathan there, I was more than confident. Soon after this deposition, my children cases were settled very reasonably. About a month later, my case was settled for the full policy limits of the driver’s insurance. The full amount without going to trial! But, my case was over their policy limits, so Jonathan then filed a claim against my own UIM. Less than a month later my insurance company gave me an excellent offer. I didn’t stress throughout this process, because of Jonathan. I must give kudos to his amazing Paralegal staff as well! Jonathan's belief in our cases and his determination to fight for us provided us with great relief! Jonathan, you went above expectations by professionally handling sensitive matters present in our case. Thank you! My kids and I had an amazing experience with your law firm!

We got in a car accident with all our kids a few years back. It was pretty bad and we didn't know how to handle all the details.
