Quick response, honesty and truthful advice throughout the representation became great emotional support during my difficult time. I called Boxelder Consulting, and spoke to Tom Conradt. It was at the end of the day, and he answered all our questions. After getting off the phone I was extremely surprised, and felt good about our situation. The patience he demonstrated over the phone and the knowledge, was so helpful. The person who answered was rude. Did not introduce themself and may or may not have been the actual attorney. I ended up hanging up on them

The overall communication was VERY lacking and poor quality. I had to initiate communications (except billing requests) every single time. I made an appointment on a Friday afternoon and was both left sitting in an empty lobby (except for being offered a soda) instead of being brought back to a conference room or office; and also rushed out of there without being able to even discuss the paperwork I brought with me to have scanned (which i had specifically asked for when making the appointment). My return was filed with an umexpected extension, which I was never notified about, causing some anxiety on my part of knowing when or if it would be done. For general tax returns, I cannot recommend this firm. Given their responses to others, I'm sure they will make a reply and try to spin the facts to sound better...but I know what happened and my opinion, and my recommendation for others is to stay away and use someone else.

Tom as so great, answered all my questions on my first call, pointed me to the right direction and I got my issue solved.
