Seemed to get the job done but dissapointed they havent returned my call its been 3 or 4 days

I had filed my taxes, a week or so ago, and today received another W-2 in the mail. It had been sent to the wrong address and I worked 4 jobs last year. I being happy I had my 3 W-2's and taxes filed, spaced about the last one. I couldn't get ahold of the company I filed my taxes through, and was worried about getting my taxes correct. I talked with an employee, (shout out to Tom, you made my day and saved my taxes!) Who took the time to answer all my questions and told me step by step what I needed to do. Now I'm waiting for my return, and to file an amendment form. Not only did I feel heard, but he made sure every question was answered. He left me feeling great, and like I could call back anytime I needed to! Y'all for real are a blessing. Recommending you to everyone.

Worst lawyer ever. Peter McGuire said about two sentences during my administrative disability appeal, and was obsessed that I had once lived with a drug dealer in the past (how that affected my disability, I'll never know). Even the administrative judge, in her decision (unfavorable), said that it played absolutely no part. I wish he would have told me he from the beginning that he would have acted so against me and unprofessionally in the hearing, because I would never have hired him. When I told people what he said in the hearing (his two minutes of so-called "representation"), they were astonished. What a horrible experience! (Even after a year, I get a weekly bill from them for $28 for some charge for making copies of something at their expense. Wow, what a slap in the face. You'd think they'd get tired of sending these letters).

Tom Conradt and his team at Boxelder Tax Consultants have been a pleasure to work with. Since the initial consultation they have been totally involved in my situation, helping me through a terrible tax problem. They have been honest, on time and have followed through with everything they promised.

Tom and Dave are honestly the greatest to work with. In my dealings with Boxelder I've always trusted that they have my best interest in mind. I got a spammy call from a "debt collector" today and messagede Tom, and within like 10 minutes the phone rang and it was him calling to give me advice. Just starting the process, but I did choose this firm. The staff is caring and responsive. That's not to be taken lightly. I'm hopeful that the process will work and not be to terribly painful.

I recently came into their office to file my taxes for previous years - in addition to having issues with NYS taxes. Not only did they assist me, but everyone in the office came and introduced themselves to me. They provided me with alternatives on what I could do to resolve the issue at an affordable rate. They're very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Going forward, I will get my taxes filed by them. I would highly recommend them and suggest that you get your services done through these professionals who are passionate about helping their clients as opposed to making a quick buck.
