Peter McGuire was very helpful and offered me good guidance. The only thing that I think they could improve on is more updates as to what actions were being done. They were very helpful when I called but it would be nice if they called me occasionally even to say they were working on it. It just takes forever on these cases and knowing where we were on them would give peace of mind.
