Let me start off by saying if I could give more stars I would. My lawyer was Danny Luneau, let me tell you he is GREAT at what he does. I was charged with a DUI and with a firearm in the car. I was facing jail time and thanks to Danny on the day of court all charges where dropped and my DUI was bumped down to a DWAI. He got me started in Classes right away and was in contact with me over any new and developing news. When it came time to the DMV hearing Danny once again worked his magic and won! (DMV hearings a hard to win). I will forever be thankful to Danny and the team at Fife Luneau, P.C.

On March 7, 2021 at 3 A.M. in downtown denver I was arrested and charged with Hit and run as well as a DUI. In my mind it seemed like a very clean cut open and close case in the states favor. I was certain that I would lose in court if I attempted to contest the charges. Upon being referred by a friend to Charles Fife, I decided to seek consultation. Initially being very reluctant to retain his services due to price, I did so anyway. Not only did Mr. Fife start by winning my case against the DMV resulting in my license never being so much as suspended; none the less revoked. He preceeded to defend my case with such vigor and mastery of his craft, ultimately resulting in the charges being dropped and me walking away with a speeding charge and a minimal amount of community service. I highly recommend to anyone facing similar charges to seek out Mr Fife. He will go above and beyond to defend you and provide what in my opinion is the best legal representation money can buy in the state of Colorado.

I would highly recommend anyone who is going through a DUI charge to hire Charlie Fife. Charlie did an amazing job at handling my case, he managed to get a 28 point ticket dropped down to DWAI with only 8 points. Charlie was professional when handling my case, he advised me to do certain things right away so that I could get the process started. Charlie even said that it will help me out when it came to court and it did. Charlie and his team made sure that I was updated on any information that they received and would respond quickly to my emails or calls. I am very happy with Charlie and appreciate all of his hard work.
