From the first moment I walked into Fife Luneau, Charlie was extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming, and professional. I felt a sense of peace throughout the entire process of my DUI pre-trial that things would be handled as they should. My case was fairly cut and dried as I had already admitted to the charges against me and was not looking to go to trial. My goal was to get the most favorable sentence possible and move past this incident. Charlie's relationships, expertise, and witness of my character to the judge allowed for me to get a minimum sentence. Also, his advice on how to navigate the system allowed me to get a drivers license in the state that I am moving to so that I can retain some of my driving privileges. It was long and very stressed time for the last two years and finally Charlie Fife acquitted me at my trial in Arapahoe County Court and found not guilty on all charges including DUI. Police officers under oath at their testimonies lied and video footage proved it and saved my life, financials and other aspects of life. Video evidence was a key part and without Charlie Fife advisement I was able to obtain this video in very last moment right before it should be deleted and may ruin my life. During the whole process Charlie Fife guided and advised me on every detail about legal part of the process, collecting and processing key evidence in this case. Charlie Fife during cross examination and motions hearing revealed truth what happened on a day I was arrested, proved false statements from police officers and won the trial. I have witnessed real story about finding facts and serving justice how it should be in our country.
