Having to secure legal representation is never a fun thing, but Evans Case was an absolute joy to work with. They were responsive and listened to my full case without any judgement. They made me feel safe and gave me a lot of options and approaches to work through. Their pricing was fair, balanced and transparent. I have not needed to engage with a lawyer before but after this experience it isn't so frightening. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if I find myself in a situation where I need legal representation I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to call them again. Thank you for all your support!!

We were in the middle of a messy probate case. I had representation by another great Denver firm in my role as beneficiary. My brother had convinced my elderly mother to remove two of her children, including me, from her latest will in order to receive a higher inheritance himself. We decided I needed a firm to represent me in my role as Personal Representative - and my attorney suggested Evans Case to handle that portion of the litigation. I dreaded having to go through all the explanation and details bringing them up to speed in a short period of time. However, the team we worked with reviewed the documentation already given to the courts, spent a short period of time with me and were able to respond to all of my needs relatively quickly and very thoroughly. I nearly cried when I read their response to the court, as well as my sibling's attorneys, really feeling like Evan, Andrew and Amy fully understood the situation. When it came time to go into mediation a few weeks later, Andrew was very prepared and really helped to defend me and my other siblings. We settled in our favor, thus avoiding trial. Choosing an attorney and going through the steps we had to go through could have been so much more difficult. I am grateful for the representation I had. Though the estate was small compared to many, that didn't seem to matter to Evans Case. They defended what was right and helped us maneuver as efficiently as possible.
