5 stars, I am an extremely satisfied client and recommend this firm to anyone who finds themselves in an estate litigation situation in Colorado. Evans Case helped me to settle my father's complicated estate when other attorney's declined to help because of the complexity of dealing with a girlfriend who was claiming common law status after my father passed. The case had many hurdles but in the end Aaron Evans and Amy Arlander were able to establish that common law marriage was not valid in my father's case according to Colorado State law guidelines and were able to settle the estate fairly between heirs, according to the will my father had. They are always quick to respond and are diplomatic with their communications between clients and other attorneys.

We reached out to this law firm after a highly contentious lawsuit was filed against our family. Marianne is incredible at bringing peace with her knowledge. Keith took time to read our responses, ask important questions, direct us on where to obtain necessary documents, and always made us feel heard and protected. I paid the 113.00 for the service wad told 1 week before it was 78.00 don't think they even try to serve my papers more than once very disappointed ibwould not use these people crooks

Evans Case made the process so easy! My son turned 18 and has severe special needs. Having a special needs child is hard enough without having to deal with legal matters. We needed to apply for guardianship. They helped us gather the right paperwork and were there through the hearing and everything. They were very helpful, answering all of our questions.
