Colleen McCoy is the best of the best. I cant thank her enough. I went through a rough divorce 6 years ago and she made the whole process easier. I didnt have enough money for her retainer at that time and she still chose to take my case out of kindness and charged the proper fee. She was fighting for me all the way through the end. I dont think other local family lawyers can match her energy in court. Thanks again!

Came home to find paperwork in my door served by Roland process servers. Contacted the division of traffic enforcement in Denver to find out what it was about and was told that the Roland process server had stated that they had talked to me in person and delivered the paperwork to me. A blatant lie on their part as I was out of town. I’d recommend against trusting the services of Roland process servers as it would appear they are untrustworthy when it comes to reporting. Keep documentation as, I’m unsure in this case, but I believe that false reporting is a crime in and of itself. Unfortunately, I don’t have cameras on my front door or I would be able to do something about this.

We used Tim Bounds for our estate work. He and his staff were extremely efficient, responsive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Tim is by far the least educated attorney I’ve ever worked with. He represented my niece with my brothers estate. He never returned phone calls. He never proved my niece with the correct information. Once a personal representative was appointed to the estate. Tim did not explain the next phase of the process to her. He left it up to the personal representative. As a good attorney he should have explained the next phase of the process.

Tim B did a great job for me with estate plan. He listened and repeated it so I knew he understood. Came out perfect. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him and he's done an outstanding job both times

These people charged a fortune for doing next to nothing. When we tried to ask questions we were put off, with no answers, but charged for asking them! We paid the bill, but continued to receive a bill til I sent an email that we were NOT paying any more money, they had been overcompensated for the work already. Eight months later, they began to solicit our business again, by phone first, then through the mail. My son told them definitely NO, but it continued. Now we've begun to receive invoices for work they're supposedly doing on our behalf! Do NOT get involved with these people! You will end up regretting it!

Tim Bounds was recommended to us for our Wills and we couldn't be more pleased. We were unsure if we needed a Trust with our documents and he took time to explain all of it. The price of our documents was reasonable and the whole process was finalized in a couple of weeks. We had a lot of questions which he took the time to answer without feeling rushed. His legal and accounting background blend nicely with his patient and easy-to-understand style. Highly recommend him for estate documents.
