They know what they are doing and they will go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I appreciate it and will be using them for future service in their area.

The company advertises that it starts at $45 for standard service. When you call and speak to the women she will quote you $65 for standard service. I personally won't use a company that advertises thru deception to get you to call. To answer your reply, no I'm not frequent user. I'm a consumer looking for a process server As a consumer, your advertising leads me to believe charge $45 for standard service.

Hired RPS to serve someone and gave them known addresses and contact info. They came back after a few weeks and said person was no longer in the city and offered no further pursuit of said person. Went to a different process server and surprise, surprise: the person WAS still in the city, and new process server had them served within the week.

I asked Roland to find and serve my ex husband. They charged me $260 for a rush service over state lines and made it seem like it would be easy to find my ex. Seven failed attempts later and I’m out $260. They got the address and thought it would be smart to just randomly show up and hope he answers the door..??? One “attempt” even said “no cars in driveway, no lights on, no answer.” I’m sorry but that does not count as an attempt. I paid $260 for a service that they were unable to complete and they refused to give me a refund. This service is just for lazy people who don’t want to serve a person themselves. Do not use this if you actually need help finding a person. They will nickel and dime you for every service. $500 for a “stakeout” to actually pay attention to when my ex leaves his house. Waste of money. If you must, just use this service to get the address of the person and then find a legitimate company to serve him. Sincerely, Disappointed

I requested a rush skip-trace and process service for an individual from out of state with Roland. Within less than two days, Roland had found and served the individual. Everyone at Roland was responsive, efficient, professional, and thorough. I wish that we could use them locally for all of our future PI/PS needs. I highly recommend Roland!

Colleen is a five-star attorney. She is meticulous and smart. I recommend her frequently.

If I could give zero stars I would. 3 months and $2,000 later, nothing was done. In this time Colleen took 2 vacations. My permanent orders hearing was rescheduled 5 months later because of her vacations which, she did tell me about prior but, nothing was done. I hired Colleen because she talked a big game up front. Turns out, thats all it was. 100-250 dollars an hour to send emails for 3 months. Her motion for a CFI was very bland ,vague, and broad. It was denied. Unfortunately she is the second lemon of an attorney that I have hired. Her attitude was very poor and work ethic was very lax. The day before mediation she was suggesting to the opposing counsel that I earn my parenting time. There are absent abusive drug addict fathers out there that have more time with their children than I do and, I am none of those. I am a hard working Marine Corps Vet who mutually agreed with my ex to seperate. It was a failed marriage and I was never an absent or unfit parent. I do not recommend her at all. I never insulted Colleen in any way I only called it as I saw it unravel. I am not bitter nor did I ever seek "retaliation" I have never requested anything other than 50% parenting time and joint decision making. THATS IT. I could care less about my ex. Also, my children are in a violent offenders home with 9 people 3 cats and a dog and share a bedroom with 3 people. My intentions have nothing to do with my ex and everything to do with the best interest of my children.

These guys handled a near-emergency service in great time and made it look easy. I look forward to sending them more business in the future!
