My law firm has used Roland Process many times over the years. They have always provided me with immediate and successful service. They have found people who seemed impossible to find. Outstanding work. I recommend them highly.

What a joke!! Went into office because I needed someone served, Told me he could get it handled and talked real tough. I was happy by the news. Paid him right then and there, less then 24 hours later I get a email informing me he could not find person and he needed more money!!! I feel like they just used me for my money I recommend stongly to use another company!!!!!! I hired you to find mr monjaraz who is on parole and on a denver police regrestry and you couldn't even find him. But i was suposse to pay you more money for a skip trace when a phone call and a internet search would tell u where he is. So you can try to minimize or dismiss my complaint by saying im not in your system as a client but the truth is you have a shady bussiness practice going on there.

Terribly unfriendly. Googled notary and they popped up. Called to get something notarized and they acted like I was inconveniencing them and didn’t want my business.

I had a difficult situation where someone was deliberately trying to avoid process service, and I thought that hiring this company would help me locate someone. I paid for process service and skip trace. Sadly, skip trace turned up information that is readily available in any online search for half the cost. They did perform the services requested, and did so very quickly, however I did expect that a private investigator might have more resources available to locate the subject than I had. 5 stars for speed of response and process service attempt/communication, but 3 stars for location services 1 star for communication (updated rating, added below paragraph in response to owner comments) . The location service was accurate, but recent move situation was made known at time of purchase of services. If it's known that address change takes 30 to 45 days to pop up, let your clients know before they drop 60 bucks. I would have waited 30 days, then paid for the skip trace had I known that to be the case.

Fantastic customer service! Excellent prices with same day service!!! Prompt responses and very understanding to what my needs were! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for all the services Roland provides!

Great service, called them on Monday they had Defendant served on Wednesday. There price was very fair.
