I hope as this firm’s attorneys drive home in their S-Classes passing countless tents full of homeless they can take some pride in knowing they’ve contributed to the problem by helping selfish landlords evict people who are down on their luck.

The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The remodeling was a nice homey feel to it. The staff was very friendly and informative

No information on where to call if a tenant is getting harassed by receiving a 10 day notice to vacant then getting told to give a notice to vacate instead by just not resigning my lease. I received a email by my leasing manager stating her attorneys are the ones that suggested that I sign the notice to Vacate when I have never heard or received any complaints or even violated the lease agreement.

I hired them to evict a tenant who was on month to moth lease, case was very simple and I suppose to get judgment in the first session, but I was shocked when they sent him the eviction paper work with wrong spelling for his name which gave the tenant a chance to stretch the case and stays longer because they have to do the whole process all over again, as such a case with maximum one month took four month and half, and when I objected sending them emails to correct their error, I found them sending me more $450 bills for responding to my email which they suppose to be shame of their mistake. Their lawyer called me few times and he was talking and talking about how easy is the case, then I received $350 for calling me however I did not ask for it, I would say bad performance and anyone can do it better than them. I do not recommend this office

They are bad lawyer for alpine vista apartments and they did not investigate the allegations and lied a lot!! I wouldn’t trusted them to be your lawyer!!!

Look at the defeated and vile responses from this firm. Nothing screams "irrelevant" like one with a chronic case of "Little Man" Syndrome. We can see why several sources say LMS/LDE runs rampant in this dump of a legal office. Of course Tschetter Sulzer represents only landlords, not tenants -- The firm is nothing more than a collective of Trump Cult deranged lunatics. Easily explains this firms lack of human decency and grossly amoral unethical character. Yeah, today's "climate" says far more about scumbag landlord attorneys than it does tenants. That's why the Colorado Legislature is destroying the eviction mob piece by piece...And there's not a damn thing said scumbags can do about it...NOTHING. And just for the record, I'm not a "Tenant".

Very corrupt law office. Evicts and supports poor innocent people out their homes without going to trial. It’s like a small cult with the apartments.
