My wife and I wanted to change our existing trust. David Urban discussed what he would do for us. He then took our data and wishes and developed a restatement of our trust. He also developed wills for us both, powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney, and living wills. At the last minute, we expressed a concern, and he quickly came up with a solution, a statement of authority. After signing, he provided original paperwork and copies for myself, my wife, and the third trustee. He also provided electronic copies of every document in one huge pdf file. He acted very professionally during all our discussions, always appeared confident and experienced. We recommend David Urban for anyone looking for an estate plan.
